About Me...
 

I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® (2007), which is affiliated with Columbia University. I'm double Certified as Holistic Health Counselor. Also Certified (CAMT) Acupressure from Acupressure Institute, Berkley, CA. I have a 1-acre Medicinal Garden (check Gallery). And I am the proud mother of 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. I understand the problems involved in feeding a family, a well-balanced meal(s). I have studied numerous Holistic Healing practices, and have expanded my education to include acupressure because of the problems around failures due to Energy Blockages. I will be giving classes in Tai Chi, and other soft exercises as in stretching (Do In). I dabble with American Herbs, thus the herbal gardens (check the Gallery).

I'm retired since 11/2007 from Corporate America and I have been counseling for over 11 years. I understand the stress behind sales, and customer service. (27 plus years).
